Flamenco Night - Tapas Orders

Hi all!

For those who are coming to the Flamenco night this Friday, I may have forgotten to mention that you may be able to preorder some Tapas snacks (small Spanish tasty snacks of various descriptions) to have on the night. These cost $4 each and are sourced from a notable deli in the region.

The options are as follows:

1. Tortilla (Potato omelette)
2. Patatas al ajillo (Potatoes cooked in parsley and garlic)
3. Pan con aceite y tomate (Woodfired bread slightly toasted and topped with olive oil and crushed tomatoes)
4. Gazpacho (Tomato based soup served iced)
5. Chipirones (Calamari cooked with garlic)
6. Pulpos marinados (Grilled marinated baby octopus)
7. Aceitunas con almendras (Olives stuffed with almonds)
8. Aceitunas variadas (Mixed olives)
9. Chorizo (spicy sausage)
10. Jamon Serrano (Spanish mountain ham)
11. Queso Manchego (Spanish dry cheese from La Mancha)
12. Montadito salchichon (Petit pain filled with melted cheese and salami)
13. Montadito salmon ( Petit pain filled with melted cheese and smoked salmon)

If you need to order, you can call Stephanie (3201 1261), myself (0407 730 569), or tell Cedrick or myself tonight at the gig.

Grasias!
