Special thanks to:
- Claire, Dale, Erin, Lynne, Miki, Patty (did I miss anyone?) for making the initial contact with Vulcana and for thinking "outside the box" about our involvement
- Erin for stepping up and learning to play repinique, as well as being able to lead such a wild and wonderful bunch of people
- Cedric for letting me play with his Frog one night
- All of you for committing so much of your time during rehearsals and the performances
So, I hope to see you all on Thursday for this year's final rehearsal. I'll do my best to make it an extra special one to close off the year in style. Maybe we could also bring some nibblies for in the bar after the rehearsal?
Cheers
Remko

I'd like to, but I can't take credit for being one of the group who initially approached Vulcana. But well done to those who did. It was really an "out of the box" experience we otherwise would never have had. Now if only I can get over feel so damned TIRED!!! :)
Oh puhlease!!!
So some of you had no less than 5 parties in a row, and 5 nights of going to bed after 9 pm. Big deal!
I'm moving to "24/7 non-stop party town Amsterdam", ok? I know you guys have it tough with banging a drum every now and then and cute little African girls stealing all the attention, but partying in Amsterdam involves booze, prostitutes, mushrooms you can't actually cook, all sorts of white powder, and purple pills, and the next day we still have to work!
Jees, can I get some sympathy here, please???
No sympathy whatsoever Marcel, unless you send some of those mushys my way.. then you can have all the sympathy you want! Wait a minute, I'm not s'posed to be talking to you! Just cos the Damster prossy's do things the Brissy girls won't....
And with Uncharted, we may have been finished about 9:30 pm each night, but that doesn't include my three hour prayers and mantras afterwards that the next night will go ok.
Brian was right, I do obsess...
And I can't take credit for the initial invite - that was Claire, MIki, Dale and Lynne.
Onya's!
Oh my God, Marcel, you know so much about the debauched life in Amsterdam ! . . . I should have drawn the stray jacket teddy bear upside down in the good bye card. Much more appropriate, I say.
