ever thought of borrowing some tips from american marching drumming?! They got discipline! and still at high school!

This is great stuff! I love that it's got dynamics, light and shade, the tempo never slackens or accelerates unnecessarily - rock steady to the end; the rhythm swings right through and yet it's never rushed; that they can play softly and not slow down. What's not to love here? :)

Total agree Jason, what is interesting is how they use the same build up of lots of layers of underlying fairly simplistic components, composited together with movements and totally glued together with solid discipline at all levels. Its insperational, and they do it so professionally I want us to be like that! The sum is exponetially better than the parts.

That's always been the problem with Germans, Mel: put them together and unbelievable things happen. Which is not to say that I can recommend anyone to join a German orgy.
