Great pics Brian. Apart from the irate members of the crowd it was a fun gig.
Great pics Brian!
Thank you all for playing, I agree it was a fun gig, again.
Thank you also for your patience and politeness in dealing with 'irate' members of the crowd. You dealt with this very well. Never ever go into discussion, just refer them to me, and I probably will refer them to the organisation as well. It is not our responsibility to sort out issues regarding allocation of tickets.
Having said that, only a few people immediately next to us had issues, and they were actually very understanding about our situation, and thanked me for our concern and apologies.
Erin took the last three great pics. Unfortunately, some pics which have Erin in it don't turn up well.
Some people have issue with the loudness. As Warren suggested, may each of us grab a few earplugs and hand them out to people immediately next to us. It's good PR and doesn't cost much.
A quote from the Brisbanetimes.com.au":
"...It was the biggest crowd of the season and the most vocal in years. Captain Will Genia had the distinctly odd sensation of not being able to hear interviewer Rod Kafer as he answered questions after the game. " ...
I believe the Samba school were playing at the time as well !
