It is now time to decide. It's not an easy call as there is quite a bit of commitment involved. Besides a number of dedicated rehearsals on Thursdays in the next month, and maybe a couple of visits to the circus practice on Mondays, we'd need to commit to all of the following:
- Sat 1 Dec, 1-5pm: Final Rehearsal (Stores Studio)
Production
- Tue 4 Dec – Full Technical Rehearsal
- Wed 5 Dec – Dress Rehearsal
- Thu 6 Dec – Preview
- Fri 7 Dec - Opening Night
- Sat 8 Dec – Matinee and Closing Night
Production
- Thu 13 Dec – Rehearsal 6-10pm
- Fri 14 Dec – Performance
As with all gigs, if you say 'yes' now means people will be counting on you, so please vote wisely...

I am definately in for this one. I went through a whole Conflict of Interest process so that I could, so I'm not bloody backing out now!
Good on ya, Erin! I agree that it's going to be a long couple of weeks towards the end, but it's possible (speaking only for myself)I won't get another chance to do something like this - so I'm grabbing the opportunity with both hands.
yes I'm definately up for this one, we need the expereience and the contacts it will bring.
Sorry, I'm not likely to be able to spend all that time because of my imminent move.
Also, it's most certainly not what I'm looking for in a samba school.
No, I can't commit to all of them everyday. Have another life to live .
Can't the circus rehearse with pre-recorded piece like Rio Rhythmic and come together for one final rehearsal ? After all, we're all amateurs . Doesn't have to be perfect.
Yes it does have to be perfect. As a minimum let's aim to make it perfect, for everything we do!
