Hi Remko,
I thought yesterdays format was great...keen to learn more songs.

Let me expand, oh-Concise-One. :) I thought it was terrific, too. Great to be building up our repertoire of songs we can use in performance. I really enjoyed doing something a bit different. Liked the brushes (thanks Paul & Denis); liked the simple but effective arrangement on the tamborims; enjoyed the fact that what we played was not only rhythmic but also musical. I didn't yawn once all night, and was surprised when 9.30 came. :) A good night, I thought.
I propose we'll use "Patty's indicator" for judging a rehearsal. Something like the reverse of "1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 stars". More yawns is worse. After 5 yawns we can all go home.
We need more back up vocals participation. Can we hook up more microphones ?
Of all the singers come and go, I think Remko's singing is still the best ie. Timing.
