WELL DONE EVERYONE TONIGHT! Not bad for 1 and a half rehearsal. We did 5 songs, each with at least one break or something, and you guys pretty much nailed it. It was hard work especially with the crappy PA, but we got there. I loved the response from the crowd especially towards the end of the set, they were definitely asking for more.
This is where I want to take the samba school, more songs, interesting arrangements, and lots of fun!
Thanks to Jason for organising a great night and for inviting the samba school. By the way, he put in a HUGE amount of work into this night, well done Jason and good onya for making something like this possible in Brisbane!

May be the Samba School can help Jason out with Live Surdo / Rhythm section for the dancing session ?.
I wouldn't mind paying for the cover charge each time neither. Brazilian music scene need more support.
i had an awesome time, great vibe, excellent music and fantastic people. We got home about 2am, i think! I'd be very interested to be involved with something like that again, and with a little more notice, would love to help in letting people know about it too. Well done everyone!
