That is a seriously disturbing picture of a classic case of the well known condition "Sambacollioitus" The a severe medical condition characterized by extremely elevated mood, energy, and unusual thought patterns. There are several possible causes for Sambacolliotus, but it is most often associated with bipolar disorder, where episodes of mania may cyclically alternate with episodes of clinical depression.

Both diagnoses from Dr Melanie Jung and Dr Erin Freud are spot on. . . . Should Remko share the same drug prescription as Marcel ? Cheaper in bulk, I say !

We can track the whistle like the elders once tracked their prey, watching for the hint of fluoro shades of coloured light passing through Remko's organs,through the more diaphanous throat skin and onward, downward into no man's land. Ha ha, sorry Remko...getting carried away here...
